Drive safer when frustration strikes.

A complete support system for driver anger. A short course builds the skills, and a one-button rage coach in your car brings those skills back the moment irritation spikes.

Clarity returns

LobeDrive works in three steps: when irritation spikes, you press a button (either Bluetooth or in-app), and a short coach message helps clarity return.

In clinical studies, CBT-based driver training cut driver anger by 35–50%1 From the founder of LUPNUMBER®, whose safety training has reached 1 million drivers

Anger management for drivers

Designed for one thing: helping you drive safer.

You're stuck in traffic. Someone cuts you off. Your heart races. Your jaw clenches. The anger comes fast, and suddenly you're not the calm driver you want to be.

Road rage is dangerous, not just frustrating: it affects your judgment, your reactions, and your safety. And in that moment, when you need help most, there's nothing to turn to.

LobeDrive is built for exactly that moment.

Your brain on road rage.

Brain during road rage
Calm brain

When anger hits, your amygdala (your brain's alarm system) takes over. It's fast, reactive, and emotional.

Your frontal lobe, the part responsible for rational thinking and self-control, gets pushed aside.

LobeDrive reactivates your frontal lobe with a quick acknowledgment and a moment to reset, so you regain control.

That's the difference between escalation and control.

"LobeDrive" = Lobe + Drive. Use your frontal lobe. Drive smarter.

The system

One system, two parts.

LobeDrive Learn teaches you the skills at home, in a calm setting. The LobeDrive app puts those skills to work in traffic.

Built on science

Built on science
  • Evidence-based psychology (CBT, affect regulation, just-in-time interventions)
  • Hands-free operation for zero distraction
  • Designed specifically for driving

Built on methods proven to reduce anger.

Research shows that targeted psychology interventions can reduce driver anger by 35–50%.1 That means fewer impulsive decisions, better focus, and safer driving.

Diagram: the alarm spikes almost instantly after the event, then fades. Judgment starts later and rises slowly. In the gap between them, a marker shows where the rage coach lands. the gap the event seconds later The alarm Judgment the rage coach lands here
The alarm is fast. Judgment is slower. The rage coach speaks in the gap between them, before the horn or the chase, while the choice is still open.

What powers LobeDrive:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): challenge anger-fueling thoughts in real time.

Cognitive Regulation: pause before reacting and regain emotional control.

Just-in-Time Support: delivered exactly when it matters most.

LobeDrive brings you:

Clarity within seconds when irritation spikes

Sharper focus when distractions arise

Safer choices when emotions run high

Lasting skills that improve with each drive

The result: fewer flare-ups, safer driving for you and everyone around

Diagram: two rows of dots, each dot one drive. In the first drives, five of fourteen are marked as flare-ups. With practice, one of fourteen. A legend explains: an open dot is an ordinary drive, a filled dot a flare-up. first drives with practice an ordinary drive a flare-up
Each dot is one drive. With practice the flare-ups get rarer, and the ones that remain don't undo the training.

From Industrial Safety to Driver Psychology

Hi, I'm Jakob.

I built my first safety innovation for one of the most dangerous jobs: hazardous loading operations for truck drivers.

LUPNUMBER® safety training has reached over 1 million drivers across Europe and helped companies reduce safety incidents.

When I learned about the psychology of road rage and the lack of real-time tools to help drivers, I knew I could build something meaningful again.

LobeDrive is my next mission: bringing evidence-based safety tools to everyday drivers facing one of the most common sources of stress and danger: traffic.
